At Endeavour, we operate with a code of conduct. These set of rules guide and ensure that the company, its suppliers, and partners adhere to principles that reduce and avoid negative impacts on people and the environment. The CoC requires suppliers and business partners to establish company policies and management systems to ensure compliance with the CoC.
Endeavour's CoC is based on international declarations and conventions such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, and the core conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO). We operate based on the Forest Stewardship Council's (FSC) code of conduct. Endeavour's CoC sets minimum standards and addresses companies' responsibility to respect internationally recognized human rights.
Endeavour declares its commitment to maintaining the CoC and ensuring that our operations and business practices align with the principles of the CoC.

1 Compliance with the law.
1.1 Is a top priority for our organization. We are committed to complying with the laws of the applicable legal system and continuously strive to improve industry best practices and international standards, including the UN's 17 Sustainable Development Goals. This ensures that we not only meet legal obligations but also uphold ethical and moral standards in our operations.

2.1 Is a fundamental principle guiding our ethical behavior in both personal and professional settings. It is imperative not to tolerate or engage in any form of corruption, extortion, fraud, or bribery. This includes any payment or other benefit provided by an official or others with the purpose of influencing decision-making contrary to the law. Upholding these principles ensures fair and just decision-making processes and promotes integrity and transparency in all interactions. 5.4 One of our primary goals is to minimize waste in all forms. We strive to reduce water and energy consumption while effectively managing physical materials. Our commitment to waste reduction extends across all operational processes and equipment handling. In addition to waste reduction, we prioritize environmental considerations throughout our production, maintenance, and design processes. We carefully assess materials and ensure their sustainable content. By integrating these principles into our daily practices, Endeavour aims to create a sustainable and environmentally conscious approach to our production.

5.5 We are dedicated to minimizing environmental pollution through continuous improvements to our work methods and production practices. We look ahead to develop kitchen tools made from materials that ensure a better environment, both during production and eventual disposal.

6 Animal welfare and protection of wildlife.
6.1 All animals must be treated humanely and in accordance with animal welfare laws and recommendations.

6.2 We ensure that all animals are treated decently and with care at slaughter. This also applies to animals providing skins for production.

6.3 We are committed to sustainability and ethical sourcing. Therefore, we pledge never to use materials derived from species listed on CITES or IUCN lists of endangered species in our products. Our dedication to preserving wildlife and the environment is the foundation of everything we do.

6.4 We will never engage in animal testing. We only use leather from animals also used for food production. We will not use real fur, exotic skins, or skins from wild animals or bones.
