Constructed from 100% bamboo, the Endeavour knife holder is extraordinary flexible, a plus for every creative chef. The simple design lets you easily store any combination of knives.
As with anything placed in a kitchen, your Endeavour knife holder will be exposed to dust and grease — that’s why we’ve made it easy to clean both the cup and the contents. The plastic sticks can be removed for easy cleaning.

We recommend that you, from time to time, and preferably every two months, take the insert out of the knife holder and rinse/wash it under running water and let it drip dry. When you have it up anyway, you should make sure there are no bent rods in between. These can occur when particularly blunt knives, such as bread knives, are put down in the holder.
The more bent rods there are, the harder it will be to get your knives down! Therefore, pull these out by hand - don't worry, if you pull out 50 rods, it will not destroy the functionality.
If you've never had the insert out, we know from experience that it can stick incredibly well!
In this case, we recommend turning the knife holder upside down - calmly tap the edge against a hard surface and with small impacts it will slowly but surely move out.
