Esmeralda | Grinder.
Esmeralda is ideal for pepper, salt, dried chilies, and other whole spices. The ceramic grinder ensures precise and consistent grinding, regardless of the spice type.
The grinder is crafted from CNC-milled aluminum combined with stainless steel, a ceramic grinding mechanism, and an elegant solid walnut wood handle.
The mechanism is made from ultra-hard ceramic, ensuring precise, consistent, and quiet grinding performance. For added peace of mind, the mechanism is backed by a full 25-year warranty.
Yes, Esmeralda features multi-step adjustment, allowing you to easily choose between fine, medium, or coarse grinding depending on the ingredient and your preference.
Anodizing is an advanced surface treatment that creates an extra-hard protective layer on the aluminum. This makes the grinder more resistant to scratches, wear, and corrosion.
To keep your Esmeralda in optimal condition, we recommend the following:
- Empty the grinder completely of spices
- Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap
- Use a dry brush for the interior
- Avoid direct contact with water on the grinding mechanism
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before refilling
Esmeralda weighs 590 grams, giving it an exclusive, solid, and perfectly balanced feel in the hand.
Organic fiber cutting boards.
The organic fiber cutting boards are available in these colors: Night Black, Slate Grey and Forest Brown.
Yes, the material is robust and can withstand temperatures up to 170 degrees Celsius. Therefore, they can be used to place hot items on the table without damaging it.
Yes, all Endeavour fiber cutting boards are designed to be dishwasher safe, making them easy to clean and maintain good hygiene.
Organic fiber cutting boards are utensils and will naturally develop cutting marks and lose some shine over time, especially after repeated trips in the dishwasher.
To refresh them, we recommend using our Board Beeswax. Rub the wax into the board, wipe off, and you will experience the feeling of a new board again. If there are deep marks, they can be gently sanded with fine sandpaper to restore their appearance.
Organic fiber tools | Spoons | Spatulas.
Yes, they are designed to withstand temperatures up to 170 degrees Celsius and are ideal for use in pots and pans.
Yes, the fiber is a robust material that can withstand the dishwasher without cracking or splitting.
You can refresh your organic fiber tools by washing them in warm soapy water and rubbing them with our Board Beeswax. This will refresh the color and appearance of the tools.
Sandglass | Wine | Water | Juice glasses.
It is easy to clean Endeavour's glasses in the Sand series, as they are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, they can also be hand-washed.
The primary difference between lead-free and leaded crystal glass is that the lead in lead-free crystal is replaced with barium oxide (BaCO3). This results in higher brilliance and clarity. Additionally, the glasses can be lighter, as barium oxide is lighter than lead.
The Sand glass series is designed to be ultra-thin to enhance the drinking experience. Despite their thinness, they are also constructed to be both robust and durable, so there is no need to worry during use.
If you use the glass for hot drinks with milk, it is important to rinse them thoroughly in clean water. The hot milk can form a milky-white coating on the glass.
To restore the clarity of the glasses, you can follow these steps:
- Mix 1 teaspoon of citric acid in warm water in the glass.
- Let it sit overnight.
- Rinse the glass thoroughly.
- Gently dry it both inside and outside with a soft cloth.
Knives | Discovery Pro. | Resolution.
We recommend using a ceramic honing rod to maintain the sharpness of your Endeavour knives as a traditional steel honing rod can do more harm than good to the hard damascus steel.
Please note that a honing rod maintains and does not sharpen your knife and that it can be professionally sharpened when needed. If you sharpen yourself, we recommend an angle of approximately 15 degrees on each side.
You can find more information about sharpening and maintaining knives in our guide on honing rods here: https://endeavour.dk/en/blogs/ceramic-honing-rod/get-sharper-knives-how-a-ceramic-honing-rod-works
No, we do not recommend cleaning Endeavour knives in the dishwasher, as this can damage the fine Japanese VG10 steel and dry out the wooden handle. Kitchen knives require care and should be hand washed to maintain their sharpness and luster.
We recommend storing the knives in our flexible bamboo knife holder or hanging them on our knife magnet to avoid damage to the edge of the knives.
The handle is made of the best FSC®-labeled pakka wood. The material is naturally incredibly durable. However, over time, the glow and appearance may fade slightly.
But this can easily be fixed by using our Board Beeswax. Wash the handle in warm soapy water and dry it well. Then rub beeswax over the entire handle and let it sit for a while. Wipe off, and the handle will be back with full glow and appearance.

Canvas aprons.
The apron is designed in collaboration with Endeavour and crafted by a specialised, family-owned atelier near Porto, Portugal, with over 30 years of experience in textile and workwear production.
It’s made from heavyweight 100% cotton canvas that is spun and plant-dyed locally in northern Portugal. The fabric is enzyme-washed without harmful chemicals to preserve its natural texture.
The apron includes an adjustable neck strap with metal detailing, soft waist ties for comfort, and three asymmetrical pockets—two in front and one upper pocket for tools or notes.
- Machine wash at 40°C with similar colours
- Do not use bleach
- Iron on medium heat
- Avoid tumble drying—air dry instead
- Use a mild, chemical-free detergent
These steps help maintain the apron’s quality, shape, and patina over time.
Will the apron’s appearance change over time?
Yes, the enzyme-washed fabric will develop a unique, natural patina with use and proper care, enhancing its character and comfort over time.
Knife holder | Bamboo | Cork.
The knife holder can easily be kept clean and hygienic by removing the insert and rinsing it with water and soap. Let it air dry and then it is ready for use again. We do not recommend putting it in the dishwasher. Also, check if any of the rods are bent or broken. Remove these, as they can create a domino effect and bend more. This does not affect functionality, even if you remove many.
Sometimes, you may have bent or broken rods in the insert – especially if you put blunt knives in the holder. Remove the insert if you start feeling resistance and pull out the bent rods – make it a habit to look for them when you already have the insert out for cleaning. We recommend cleaning the insert once a month.
If you're having trouble getting the insert out, you can turn the bottom upside down and gently tap the top rim against a hard surface, all the way around - it will then work its way out.
Yes, you can purchase the insert separately if you wish to replace it and start with a fresh insert.
