Peter works at AC Hotel Bella Sky as head chef. Peter’s goal is to create a fantastic workplace, have happy guests and keep to developing and raising the gastronomic level in all the hotel’s restaurants. Peter is trained from Restaurant Grønnegade in the french/nordic cuisine. After a short stay as chef de partie at Hotel d’Angleterre Peter went to Spain, on a gastronomic scholarship from ICEX, together with 19 other chosen chefs from all over the world. Here he worked on the Michelin restaurants Nerua Guggenheim Bilbao og Las Rejas. 

If you ask Peter what kitchen style that appeals to him most, he will answer the following: “I love simple and tasty food made with love. The feeling I get when a dish is just right is the ultimate for me. Especially when you see that your friends or guests experiences the same”.
