Use & care.

All removable parts — blades, grating insert, glass bowl and lid, are dishwasher safe and easy to clean.

The motor unit is separated from the bowl via the lid and is effectively protected from juice and liquids during use.

Simply wipe the base of the motor unit with a lightly damp cloth when needed.

The story behind the name.

The name is inspired by the German scientist Alexander von Humboldt, who viewed the world as a system of interconnected elements.

In the same way, Humboldt mini brings structure to your ingredients — dividing, refining and creating clarity. The result is simpler workflows and more efficient cooking.

Humboldt mini is equipped with a powerful 100 W DC motor (7.4 V) housed in a robust motor casing with integrated overheating protection (NTC). The motor delivers fast and consistent performance — whether chopping vegetables, nuts or ice cubes.

It is powered by 2 × 2000 mAh lithium batteries and fully charges in approximately 2.5 hours via USB-C. The LED indicator shows battery status, and operating time is up to 20 minutes depending on ingredients and intensity.

The transparent glass bowl makes it easy to monitor the process and achieve precisely the desired consistency.

Humboldt mini combines three functions in one elegant solution:

Durable blades: Four sharp stainless steel blades are positioned for optimal precision. They cut efficiently without crushing ingredients, preserving texture and freshness.
Grating disc: Easily switch to the grating attachment to grate apples, pears and other fruits — perfect for salads, desserts and baking.
Whisk attachment: Quickly whisk whole eggs or blend creams, yoghurt, hummus and dressings to a smooth consistency.

The removable and washable silicone ring in the base of the glass bowl ensures the unit stands stable and slip-resistant — even when processing hard ingredients such as nuts and ice cubes.

The lid features a silicone seal that keeps it securely in place during use while allowing easy opening when removing the contents.
