Strength & Sharpness.
Steel: The knives are made from German MoV stainless steel. Molybdenum-vanadium steel is known for its high corrosion resistance and strength. This type of steel enables the production of knives that are both lightweight and exceptionally sharp. German MoV steel is durable and functional, contributing to stable and reliable knives.
Construction: The knives are manufactured using modern technology and high precision. They are hand-sharpened and polished to a matte finish. The hardness of the German MoV steel ranges between HRC 55–57. The materials used are lightweight, resulting in modern, efficient tools that are increasingly sought after by both professional chefs and home users.
Handle – but much more than that.
Handle: The handle is made of technical Polyoxymethylene (POM) - durable and robust. Colored in light orc green. The handle is both water-resistant and resistant to heat and twisting.
Keep out of the dishwasher.
We recommend: The knife should always be hand-washed. However, this knife is made of materials that are dishwasher-safe, making it ideal for a modern busy kitchen.
