Built with high-strength steel.

The set includes the Meat Knife, made from Japanese VG10 gold standard steel and forged with the iconic 67 layers of Damascus steel. Additionally, the set includes a carving fork, forged from a single piece of solid stainless steel, with long, thin tines that ensure a firm grip on the meat.

Both tools feature ergonomic, water-resistant handles and razor-sharp precision, making this carving set exceptionally complete. The set is a highlight of the Discovery Pro series.

Strength & Sharpness.

Steel: The knife is crafted from the finest Japanese VG10 steel, developed and produced by Takefu Special Steel Co. in Echizen, Japan. The name VG10 can only be used for products from this manufacturer.

The roasting fork is made from technical SS430 stainless steel, ensuring that it retains its shape even under intensive use. The handle is ergonomically designed and made from FSC-certified Pakka wood. It is water-resistant and provides a stable grip, ensuring excellent control over the roasting fork.

Handle: The FSC-certified pakka wood makes a significant difference as it's resistant to heat and distortion. Pakka wood is water-resistant, providing stable control over the knives. It consists of compressed wood fibers treated with resin. The handle is ergonomically designed, ensuring a comfortable grip.

Keep out of the dishwasher.

We recommend: Hand wash both the Meat Knife and the C-Fork to maintain their quality. Store the tools properly and oil the handle as needed.
