A larger cutting board that allows handling of fish, meat, and poultry. With the practical juice groove, a roast can easily be carved without the juice spilling or making a mess in the kitchen.

Product Material: The cutting board is made from FSC-certified wood fibers sourced from sustainable forestry. The material is robust, gentle on your knives, withstands heat up to 170 degrees, and retains its color after use. The board comes in Night Black, preventing absorption of food colors, a common issue with plastic and wooden boards.

Design Advantage: The board is slip-resistant, thanks to its 4 silicone feet that ensure stability while slicing and chopping.

Hygiene: Due to the incredible hardness of Wood Fiber, the cutting board can be cleaned in the dishwasher without warping or cracking. Additionally, the wood fiber material is antibacterial, making it an ideal choice for kitchen use.

Maintenance: Over time, scratches and marks from knives may naturally occur, but these can easily be removed with a scrubbing sponge.
