Product Material: The cutting board is made from FSC-certified organic fibers sourced from sustainable forestry. The material is robust, gentle on your knives, withstands heat up to 170°C, and retains its color after use. The board comes in Night Black, preventing absorption of food colors, a common issue with plastic and wooden boards.

Hygiene: Due to the incredible hardness of the fiber, the cutting board can be cleaned in the dishwasher without warping or cracking. Additionally, the organic fiber material is antibacterial, making it an ideal choice for kitchen use.

Maintenance: Over time, scratches and marks from knives may naturally occur, but these can easily be removed with a scrubbing sponge. Lightly scrubbing the scratches, applying beeswax, and thoroughly drying will restore the fiber to its natural luster. It’s an easy, quick, and highly effective process. Note that the adhesive of the silicone feet may dissolve when washed in the dishwasher. Should the unfortunate event occur and you lose a silicone foot, new ones can be obtained from the retailer or from us.
