Little Fish is made of German Mov stainless steel RC 55-57. Molybdenum Vandium steel, MoV for short, is known for its high corrosion resistance and strength. The handle is FSC labeled pakkawood. All in all, a perfect tool for filleting and boning.

Little Fish is made of fully forged MoV steel; Mov stands for Molybdenum Vanadium an alloy which provides strength, makes the steel stainless and durable. The steel makes Little Fish a great boning and filleting knife, because of its flexibility and is extremely easy to maintain and keep sharp.
The MOV steel is processed in Japan from great tradition and is a blend of German and Japanese steel.
