This large bamboo spoon is the obvious choice for large saucepans. It reaches all the way down to the bottom of the saucepan so the food does not stick.

Bamboo
The Endeavour palette is made of bamboo. Bamboo is an amazing material, fast growing, remarkably lighter then the common ”harder woods” while it is at least as durable. The bamboo is grown in the eastern Chinese province of Zhejiang. When the bamboo is cut down, it is transported to downtown Anji, where it is processed to make these wonderful bamboo spoons.
